Learn the art of attunement, presence and how to awaken one’s caregiving circuit and somatosensory cortex of the brain. These two parts are guaranteed to regulate your system, while releasing oxytocin and endogenous opioids, creating more connection and compassion between loved ones. You will learn to support others in feeling more aliveness and positive flow in body and mind through presence and gentle touch/massage, while also awakening positive mind-body circuitry in the nervous system.
