Tatiana's love of yoga begin in the 7th grade, after she witnessed its power to transform the life and health of her father following his second heart attack. While living in Russia, Tatiana spent 5 years practicing meditation at the Meditation Center in Moscow, igniting her deep interest in the connection between the mind, body, and spirit. Her early influences include Sri Chinmoy -- famed spiritual leader and Bhakti yoga instructor who she had the opportunity to visit and studied under at his teaching center in Queens, New York. She has also been inspired by her teacher and instructor, Jessica Filson. She completed her 200 hour yoga training at Solid Roots in 2016. She began teaching soon after.

With many years of experience in meditation, Tatiana specializes in restorative yoga offering a unique blend of physical and mental techniques designed to heal, restore, and calm the body. With an emphasis on breathing, restorative postures, and self-care practices, Tatiana aims to educate and inspire others through a holistic approach to healing, recovery, and more skillful living.
