These classes are radically transformational in that offer a safe space to explore self-compassion and body care conditioning. We are not currently comfortable with seeing ourselves through the lens of love, care, kindness, and worthiness of experiencing positive healing moments.

If you have a hard time feeling your body, then it can be an indicator of a highly conditioned self-hatred and self-criticism circuit of your brain. Meaning, on a subconscious level, you are disconnected from seeing yourself as good and worthy of love, care, and amazingness.
